      - Good kid material to work from - Flexible management that is helpful and open to ideas - Interesting and dynamic topics to teach - Decent payment that can increase

      Inconvénients

      - A bit messy in terms of organisation - laptops, environment. This can also be solved, we just did not put in the energy at the time

      Avantages

      I have yet to find anything good about Logiscool.

      Inconvénients

      They treat franchisees as employees and not in a good way rather than as partners. Marketing has no imagination. They use stock photos Website is HORRIBLE! They reject all input from franchisees. Onboarding of new franchisees is slow and HORRIBLE! CEO only hires people who agree with her and it shows poorly throughout the organization. Only a few countries are successful.
