      Avantages

      Challenging as a maintenance member, lots of variety

      Inconvénients

      Didn't get raise I was promised even-though mgmnt said I was the best electrician they had had in over 10 years. Under paid for the job, to many hours, had to work overtime all the time. Management didn't care about your personal development or work life balance. benefits suck!! Left job after a year for new position making about 34/hr

      It was good experience in the IT department, everyone was great and helpful

      Inconvénients

      no benefits but only because you’re not a full time employee which makes sense

      Very little support. Long hours. Don’t know their own industry.
