Avantages

The only plus of working for Lifeplus was not being unemployed.

Inconvénients

Sicko pyramid scheme designed to target people's insecurities and exploit them. Customers are relentless expecting to be treated as though they are above the rules and regulations. Customers earn a commission and act as though they are the CEO when you talk to them. High attrition rate, low investment in people. No chance to integrate with UK society for those who are recruited from abroad as shift pattern isolates them. Relocation package traps staff in an unfulfilling role for a long time. HR and management solely figures based, no interest in people, development or supporting staff. Claims that people are at the heart of all they do. Not true. Explain

Avantages

The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

Inconvénients

Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.

Avantages

Resolving different issues gave me satisfaction at work. It also increased my learning and helped me to do better every day.

Inconvénients

In my opinion, the people at the top always decide the fate of the company and their reputation as an employer. They were the worst kind here. Most employees were drowning in work with poor support and no one to help them. The blame always lay with the leadership as they did little work and too long to make some decisions or give some approvals. It was a burden for already overworked employees who couldn't take things forward for hours or days without the approvals. Some managers were also awful. They offered zero support but were ready to criticize everyone. It was hard to deal with such toxic people. Even having conversation seemed like an endless battle. Please beware and avoid it if possible.
