We put a lot of focus on making sure our colleagues feel well supported, so it’s great to know that came through for you. It’s also lovely to hear you’ve felt the benefits of our pay, health and wellbeing offering and the flexibility of hybrid working. We absolutely hear you on the pace during peak periods, it can definitely get lively! Our Customer Care Administrators (yourself included) do an amazing job during these times and we’re incredibly proud of how they support our customers when demand is high.

      Avantages

      The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

      Inconvénients

      Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.
