      There are workers there to help you do misc work.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic work environment with no common goals. Stagnant managers and blame games. Directors will say that you are not suitable to be promoted claiming you are not up to standards and will die if promoted or given a pay raise.

      Avantages

      Not many things to do. Even the managers browse Facebook, look at personal stuff, and do online shopping during work hours. IT is one of the slackest ever and will never admit it IT's fault for screwing up.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic work culture, gossip, and backstabbing. values boot-licking more than actual contribution. bosses and managers encourage boot-licking. no 13th month as they claim they are a "modern company" and don't practice 13th month
