$10 GP fee 14 days of AL, 1 BL, 3 days of FCL (if you're single) Depending on the centre you're in, some places contribute to staff welfare like having a hybrid 4 day or 4.5 day work week and implementing non-contact time sessions to finish paperwork. Career opportunities are definitely there.
Inconvénients
Work life quality is highly dependent on Centre Director. I had a great one when I first joined who really ensured most classes had 2 English teachers per cohort even though a whole cohort is within ratio. The 2nd principal I had fought for better pay. Current principal is pushing toxic positivity by telling us we're doing fine handling a whole cohort by ourselves just because less incidences happen and lecturing us on our MC rates when we're all being stretched thin handling a max capacity cohort with just one another laoshi and telling us our wellbeing is our responsibility.
