      Avantages

      - Most technical employees have very high level of expertise. You can learn a ton in a short period of time - Most employees are friendly, approachable, and just fun to talk with - Work-life balance is great

      Inconvénients

      – Salary is low, no paid leave, benefits are pretty much non-existent, especially if you're remote – Some middle-management people are there not because they're competent, but because they've been at the company for years and are "friends" – Some truly passionate people depart, and more and more "generic code monkeys" join the company

      - stability (bench is unlikely) - reputation (Other companies treat leancode's employees as experts) -Knowledge sharing - helpfulness - High level of seniority - The company does not follow Western trends of hiring employees in terms of what a worker has in his pants or what color his skin is. The company only considers a candidate's skills, for which I greatly appreciate. The female colleagues I work with are just as good or even better than the male part of the workforce. - remote work

      Inconvénients

      - Low wages relative to the responsibility and requirements of the employee - No strong product - No major benefits except multisport - Poor equipment
