Everything from payment to communication. If there's and issue there's no one to talk to. If there's a mistake from there part they try to pin it on interpreters. If there's and issue with costumers, adresses, etc., no one answers the phones. You're basically left on your own and they collect the money. They pay half of what other companies do and they only see profit! They hire anyone to do the job, regardless of quality. Again, just profit for them!
