Avantages
Lots of very smart and motivated people working together to make Label Insight the best company in our industry along with the best company to work for. The executive team works directly with the product managers and other managers to ensure we're headed in the right direction of being a product driven company. Also, many new initiatives have started to get a good pulse of the whole company, allow individuals to be heard, and to iterate on feedback in order to improve employee satisfaction.
The engineering department uses great technology and provides more opportunities for hands on experience and ownership than any where else I've worked. The department is focused on continually improving itself and the teams to be more productive, collaborative, and happy.
Also, can't beat the perks like unlimited vacation, free snacks, team lunches, drinks, and cold brew.
Inconvénients
No cons from my perspective. Any opportunity is what you make of it and there is more opportunities to step up and be involved here than anywhere.
