- The trainers and other employees are extremely helpful - There is room to move into roles with more responsibility, but you really have to grind gears to make an impression. (take initiative, volunteer for overtime, ask where you can be of more help, take on additional work)
Inconvénients
- To move into a better role, it takes a significantly long time - They aren't the most flexible in terms of life-events impeding you to work

It’s great to hear that Labcorp is such a great partner in your career development. Thank you for taking the time to submit your review.
It has taught me what I do not want in an employer
It gave me experience for way better opportunities
It made me realize that being a good worker doesn’t always mean being rewarded
Inconvénients
When injured from being overworked and exhausted , they treated me like trash
When compassion fatigue hit— they judged and questioned whether I belonged there rather than understood
People make up rumors about you even if you didn’t do anything (it’s like a catty high school in there)
Having one bad day constitutes you getting pulled in the office to be scolded
If you’re a good worker, and you get your stuff done efficiently, they stuff you with more work
Many individuals treat the animals like trash and are covered up by management if they are the “favorites”
Most of the trainers there are absolutely catty people and will talk behind your back if you’re “too slow” or “not learning fast enough”
