At certain times of the year work can get pretty busy, but that's changing as the team grows.

The company offered an Al-powered laboratory informatics platform that was designed to capture lab data and put it to work for a business.

If I listed every reason to avoid working at LabVantage, it would take a few days. So, I am highlighting a few. The worst thing, in my opinion, was the lack of learning opportunities. We were doing similar things all the time and not enhancing our knowledge. Another terrible thing was the ridiculous attitude of my colleagues, who wanted to work against me instead of with me. Another awful thing was the use of obsolete tech, which slowed us down and added to our stress.
