Avantages

Atmosphere is one of accountability. You are able to do the job you were hired to do. There is a lot of autonomy and trust to make the right decisions for the company. I love the unlimited paid time off. It's nice to be able to take time when you need it. Management cares about employees and the employee experience. Benefits are great. Unlimited time off, generous 401k, stocked kitchen. I recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic company to work for.

Inconvénients

Healthcare is expensive. However, the company pays half, which is fantastic. But even with that, it is still spendy.

Avantages

I really like the people I work with at LabStats. Management cares about employees and treats us with respect. I never dread having to go to work. I feel appreciated and the work I do is very rewarding. Our product has a huge impact on our customers.

Inconvénients

As a small company, LabStats doesn't have the resources to provide everything that's needed like a larger company could. This can sometimes be frustrating.

Avantages

LabStats is a truly special company and it's been an absolute joy working with such incredible teammates. The culture is laid back yet each employee works hard, helps one another succeed, and cares deeply about their individual performance. Our clients (IT staff at prestigious colleges and universities all over the world) are some of the best, and our software has a positive impact on the world by making technology resources more accessible to students. Benefits are very competitive for the area with some of my favorites being: unlimited PTO, a stocked kitchen, monthly fun outings, 50% employer paid medical insurance for the whole family, and a 401(k) with 5% employer match (at the time of writing).

Inconvénients

As with many small companies in rural areas, compensation isn't quite as high as what you might find at larger corporations in larger cities. There is a positive quality-of-life benefit that counteracts this to some degree though.
