      Really fun place to work, opportunities to do all sorts of work from academic-style research to engineering across multiple disciplines.

      Inconvénients

      Can be a little stretched thin, as there are too many projects and not enough people to do them.

      Avantages

      - Fun and interesting work - Great coworkers - Excellent benefits package (generous PTO, flexible in-person/hybrid/remote) - Hourly pay - Low stress projects, strong work-life-balance - Relatively flat management hierarchy

      Inconvénients

      - Compensation is on the lower side - Mostly government/federally funded work. Not necessarily a con, but could be depending on your preferences
