      Avantages

      I started at Highcliffe Nursing Home (Kingsley Healthcare) as a Support Worker, and the experience has been life-changing. The management team is incredibly supportive of staff development. They provided me with the guidance and resources I needed to transition into my role as a Registered Nurse in the UK. Getting my Nursing Pin was a huge milestone, and I couldn’t have done it without their support and the positive learning environment they provided.

      Inconvénients

      I haven’t experienced any significant downsides so far.

      Supporting truly amazing people and working in a great team.

      Inconvénients

      Not getting paid for covid but not allowed to work either especially with the cost of living going up.

      Avantages

      Large company but has a family feel to it. This really became apparent at the start of the pandemic. Hard work is rewarded.

      Inconvénients

      Workload can be too much. This is mainly due to extra work generated by additional precautions/ paperwork required due to covid.
