      Small company that values the employees. Flexible schedules and decent paid time off that increases with tenure.

      Inconvénients

      Schedules can change in a day due to market changes; but that is the nature of this industry.

      Flexible PTO. Great healthcare plan. Available overtime at 1.5x pay. Large company small office feel.

      Inconvénients

      IT issues can be difficult with multiple offices as IT people float/work from home.
