Product Training is well done

In my 20+ year career in sales, Keyence is the worst company I have ever worked for. Run by Japanese managers, there is a high level of disrespect for American employees. Average tenure is less than 2 years, it's commonly known as "Keyence University" as they will train you on the products so you can go somewhere else with better knowledge

Avantages

Great training program, and good mix of roles. You wear a lot of hats at this job which prepares you well for your career. Business and technically focused, and a real product expert type of role.

Inconvénients

Its a tough job and a lot of work and long hours. You need to deal with customers constantly through a lot of virtual support.
