Management ignores major problems, unethical behavior, stealing - Avis employé Lockbox Specialist I KeyBank

This company doesn't follow its own policy. It requires that employees report any behavior that could hurt the bank, but when you do, you get laid off. Policy states that you could be fired if you do not report unethical behavior. I reported to three levels above my immediate manager, and I had his support, but the people that stole credit for my work still work there. I did not receive incentive pay for all the work I did because people on the next shift would report my work as their own. This was done with the shift managers knowledge. Do not work here!!!! Keybank, shame on you.
