      No pros. Kerwin is a scam artist. He basically runs a call centre with impressionable young males. A pure grifter that forces you to contribute to his grift

      Inconvénients

      Fake culture based around "performance" which just means he will make you work 80hr weeks and 7 days a week Bullying, weird cultish behaviour

      Toxic environment, manipulative work force, under payment, Kerrin steals his content from others. "WE WERE TOLD TO WRITE NICE REVIEWS TO DROWN OUT THE BAD ONES"

      It’s a game, if you play you’re in. If you refuse to play the dirty mind games you’re out Kerwin speech about how his company is a role model for leadership. But he barely show up in the office to know what’s going on. He doesn’t care for his staff that why he provides gym/food to pretend that he cares. We can’t trust anyone there. They are always watching to catch something you do wrong to use against you. If you decide to work there, pretend that you are blind and deaf. Avoid practicing your leadership or showing that you are smart enough to improve systems. They will cut you off and always putting you down. If English is not your first language pretend that you understand 100% everything otherwise they will make fun of you. If they can’t manipulate you... they will find a way to get rid of you straight away
