Avantages
- Interesting problems - Autonomy - Flexibility to WFH - Health benefits - The team is full of amazing people who are giving their all to propel the company forward. Get to work alongside the founders and their passion is contagious. This is my first software development role and working at KITE has very rapidly accelerated my learning and growth as a developer.
Inconvénients
- Intense at times, you can never move fast enough - Below market compensation (expected from a scrappy startup) - Process is lacking sometimes but we are constantly iterating to improve it, this is especially important with a dispersed workforce
