From management to work environment to culture everything is shaken up and will remain the same till the time the CMD stops thinking of himself as God. There are a few good people. The departments who are in direct touch with the CMD face the highest attrition and can never be stable. They pay good salary as compared to other industries in jaipur, but after a few days they start discussing a persons worth in terms of money. If you are standing talking to someone, the management will say things like"look there he is standing and wasting our money". Even if you breath,they lose cash. So don't fall prey to high salary. It's a trap.
