      The organisation has nothing special about it.

      Inconvénients

      Well there are no pros about the organisation, it keeps showing that they are moving towards self-management but the reality is that this organisation is Micro-managed by NKC and he doesnt let anyone take charge of their, because as per him everyone else in the organisation is useless

      It's been taken over by a new management which does not know how to handle the business.
