      Avantages

      Getting to test new gear and be a part of running specialty.

      Inconvénients

      The people with the most knowledge are not being promoted. "New blood" is coming in as management, though they don't know anything about management or running specialty. Corporate doesn't care about its employees and only cares about its bottom line.

      Avantages

      It was great to involve myself in a company that I had seen around town my entire life. The people there are fantastic too.

      Inconvénients

      Working out in the shop or outside can be miserable during the summer, even if you're used to heat.

      Avantages

      Flexible hours(somewhat), can find ways to get good experience, okay discounts and seed products

      Inconvénients

      They expect you to go above and beyond while paying below market value for your role. They do a great job of having you do a role without actually giving you the title. Senior management at times is out of touch with their consumers.
