      There are a lot of dedicated professionals on staff who believe in the mission. The materials make a positive impact on teachers and students. The founder is passionate and caring. The business is stable and there is a lot of potential to grow.

      Inconvénients

      Some members on the leadership team are reckless and quick to blame others or to dismiss others' opinions.

      Avantages

      Fantastic group of people. All employees are remote, so it's a "remote-first" culture which I love.

      Inconvénients

      Company is a charity, relying on donations. This may adversely affect the ability for a contract to be extended due to a poor economy.
