      Avantages

      The people are great and it’s a great model

      Inconvénients

      They have limited resources, lack of knowledge, processes, and procedures. How this is still a startup after 5 years or even still around from a MX perspective is beyond me.

      Avantages

      This company is disrupting air travel and making a great experience for customers. That means employees get to be creative and make decisions every day. Benefits are really good & premiums didn’t increase at open enrollment.

      Not really any problems that I see.
