      Avantages

      Department heads are approachable and helpful Some departments have flexible scheduling. Benefits are reasonable compared to the deductions.

      Inconvénients

      Little growth unless you seek it out. Compensation could be better, but could be worse. Small team sizes.

      Avantages

      Schedule is kind of flexible but still doesn't fit mom's who have kids in school.

      Inconvénients

      Poor pay for what they expect done. Barely any training, annoyed coworkers when you ask questions. The office is full of backbiting people. The whole place needs restructured.
