      Good work hours and a fair amount of opportunities for advancement.

      Inconvénients

      Pay not as competitive as other states or private sector. Not a lot of direction when onboarding as a new hire. Performance reviews seem to be one size fits all.

      Avantages

      Benefits are good. Option for WFH.

      Inconvénients

      Micro management, lack of communication and transparency. A gotcha attitude by leadership where you feel like they're out to focus on your error and never value the good stuff you bring.
