      The characteristics of Invisible Hand are those typical of a startup - lack of processes, often working outside of one's job description, fast-paced, no advancement guarantees. As long as you are willing to contest with this to acquire hands-on- experience in purpose-driven work, then I would suggest you should pursue employment with this company at full speed. If any of these sound alarming to you, then I would suggest pursuing a different career path.

      Avantages

      Fast paced, high stakes, so much to learn. CEO is super busy and it upped my game. She is expects quality work but is kind and is someone you can bring your own feedback to. Together, we got into a rhythm that worked for us. Nobody is perfect but she really felt like she had my back. Really great MD as well!

      Inconvénients

      It’s a small company and you something have to figure things out on your own. There are a lot people who have been in the mix for a long time so there are folks to ask, but I wouldn’t say it’s a place for someone who needs predictability and structure. I’d only been at big companies before and that was an adjustment. Lots of time zones to manage w a team that is everywhere.
