*If you are anything other than a fresh out of college, first job individual do not even consider this company.
*Program management and above are duplicitous, egotistical, and display that by intentionally ignoring requests, emails, and blatantly lying to your face
*Communication is substandard to say the least
*Overworked and poorly treated development staff
*An irrational need for micromanagement of completely professional personnel
*Unwillingness to provide engineering staff with any tools from the 21st century unless they are free
*Constant terrible morale and toxic feelings of management overall
*No training budget
*Development program management that has no software experience and it is plainly visible by anyone that is mildly observant
*No advancement opportunities
