      Great people, comp. is competative, hours are reasonable, corp. culture is inspiring and supportive, advancement opportunities

      Inconvénients

      Understaffed in some areas. Lack of definition for job descriptions/roles...seems like it is constantly in flux...Mgmt can lack conviction for their own views
