Avantages

Invensity offers an exceptional onboarding experience that reflects its strong, people-centered culture. From the moment I joined, I was welcomed into a friendly and collaborative environment where the company's mission, vision, and core values weren't just talked about - they were actively lived out. The onboarding process was smooth, structured, and designed to help new hires quickly understand the company and their role within it. I was impressed by how intentional the team was in fostering both personal and professional growth, and how unified everyone was around shared goals. The culture is deeply team-oriented, and the clarity around expectations and values creates a sense of purpose and belonging that's rare to find.

Inconvénients

The interview process was admittedly lengthy, with multiple stages and conversations. However, I found this to be a strength rather than a drawback. Each step provided me a deeper insight into the company's culture, the people I'd be working closely with, and the standards I'd be held to. In consulting, where collaboration and long-term investment are critical, this thorough vetting process felt not only appropriate but essential. It showed me that Invensity is serious about building strong, aligned teams and is committed to ensuring that both the company and its employees are prepared to invest in each other for the long haul.

Avantages

You have employment I suppose. This place operates like all other consultant firms.

Inconvénients

no real tangible gain from working here. Heavy corporate speak and boring work with trainings that help you get good at making presentations that's it. Regressed in my career from working here because it was not at all technical even though they marketed it as such. The job pays horribly and takes up the majority of your day. Company meetings were after 5pm so that we didn't interfere with our client schedule so work days could some times end at 6pm so you could have a 'fun' team work session. Many of the colleagues I worked with at the time were exceptionally inept and had completely forgotten what they learned with their engineering degrees. As someone who enjoys technical engineering this place was the opposite of that it felt like I was in a fever dream where my colleagues pretended to know what they were talking about. I think most of those folks are gone now at least. All that and the pay was horrid and bonuses were so obtuse. I could honestly go on and on but I seriously am not sure who actually benefits from working here. even the office manager at the time was basically using this place as a stepping stone to go somewhere else.
