      No pros whatsoever.. Everything sucks..

      Inconvénients

      Crappy management.. Too many chiefs, not enough indians.. The bosses think they're smart, when they're just egotistical.. No work trucks.. I quit.. and I'm not wasting any more time with this fly by night operation..

      Great people, direct managers who care, lots of experience to lean on and SMEs who are qualified

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership is very far removed from the majority of employees, blanket decisions like a less flexible WFH policy are made company wide instead of addressing specific teams, low opportunity for promotions, lower than average salaries
