Other low level staff are motivated and interesting, good office location, customers are generally interesting and motivated to learn
Inconvénients
Management is clueless and worse, they are too busy playing politics with each other and not interested in the realities of the job. Targets and goals are created at random, they have very little idea how to actually run a program, especially the Internships department, but want decision making power over every little detail. If you don't play their games expect to get sideswiped at some point. Hiring decisions were often made on the basis of ability to control people rather than any real skill set or experience. Goals and sales was terrible and strategies change constantly. Overall a very badly run company, not what I was expecting from a larger multi-national corporation. Clueless.
