      Avantages

      Some really good people there that were helpful and understanding.

      Inconvénients

      They will move people at will and basically have lost the care of the employees. They are cutting cost by not filling positions that are left by disgruntled employees and just spreading the work around.

      The staff is often required to handle multiple job roles; The pressure to keep contractors can be unrelenting; Work/Life balance is non-existent.
