None, absolutely terrible place to work

Not really sure where to start, a company that not only doesn’t value its staff but clearly detests them. Inept ‘leaders’ who are clueless and downright nasty with it. No attempt or desire from anyone at a senior level to understand the business needs or listen to competent and experienced staff. Long standing and loyal employees are treated with complete disregard and disrespect before being shown the door in the most inhumane fashion. Company values such as ‘value our people’ are peddled but this could not be further from the the truth! Staff are bullied and reduced to the verge of mental breakdowns then left with no where to turn and given no support. A toxic place to work, if you value your wellbeing and sanity look elsewhere
