      Avantages

      - lot of potential at software development level. - decent infrastructure & investment

      Inconvénients

      - very poor quality of hiring. - top mgt at Baroda is just not upto the level. - internal politics & lack of trust in employees. - lack of policies and appraisal mgt. - poor employee retention, high attrition.

      Good hands-on managment team. good salary and benefits. Company's product and service offerings were great.

      Avantages

      good ideas but implementation is the biggest issue- the drive to suceed is there but the follow through is not.

      Inconvénients

      false promises- unprofessional sales team- employee retention not evident as well as client retention. The seniors hire Americans and then hide behind them! there is no ownership to bad service and poor product!
