      Avantages

      - Great team, highly collaborative and helpful, very open and honest environment - Challenging but rewarding work. We have done a lot and grown significantly while staying lean - Results Driven culture - we are about growth and getting things done. Results are rewarded.

      Inconvénients

      - You will need to do a lot. Don't expect to do exactly what your 'job description' is. This is in many ways a Pro. - Work/Life balance is something you need to create. There is always more to do and no one will stop you from doing more.

      There's a lot of opportunity for growth and a lot of opportunity to make money if you're willing to put in the time and effort.

      Inconvénients

      Recruiting can be tough -- there's always going to be highs and lows, but that can be said for any sales position.
