Avantages
Honestly, the only pro is the free hot chocolate.
Inconvénients
The managers are terrible humans and don't care about the quality of the work as long as they make their numbers, therefor hiring temps constantly and letting them go. No chance of growth within the company. If you're not constantly kissing someone's butt you're put on a naughty list and treated poorly.
