      Avantages

      I loved the people that I worked with. Management cared about you as a person but couldn't do much to help with questions/concerns regarding pay raise/days off/etc.

      Inconvénients

      For the amount of stress and complaints you have to deal with, the pay is not enough. Also, not enough sick/vacation days.
