      Avantages

      I have been here for about 2 years and the company has grown and made many changes for the better. I am very happy in my role and I am given so much room to grow and expand my knowledge.

      Change can be a bit uncomfortable, but necessary!

      Avantages

      1. The front line workers are fantastic. Most are willing to go above and beyond to get the job done, and pitch in when things go wrong (as they often did). 2. Many jobs can be done remote, which is great for families and employees 3. Health care was very good and low cost for employees

      Inconvénients

      1. There was an incredible amount of micro-managing 2. Metrics consumed a good part of your day, but rarely added much value 3. Project managers viewed as glorified administrators, and were often the scape goat when things went wrong.
