Avantages

The Company has a brand and in itself manages to leverage itself well in the marketplace. The rank and file staff are generally enthusiastic and earnest, if not exactly brilliant strategically or creatively the most dynamic. In part this is because the client base is either a large corporation that has cash to spare or a smaller one that hasn't realized that they can get sub-Interbrand quality for free (you get what you pay for).

Inconvénients

There is little banter or team spirit vs a more creative ad agency environment which may not suit everyone. Senior management very prone to helicoptering in and making rash strategic, hiring/firing decisions based on impulse which demoralizes an intelligent workforce.

Avantages

-Fun, smart people -Big name clients and (some) interesting projects -Decent work-life balance (but this is not true for everyone/ every role)

Inconvénients

-Lots of change and many rounds of layoffs in the last year+ -Many big-egoed senior leaders who are difficult to work with and do not care about team's development -Projects can become very rinse and repeat; ultimately most clients have the same fundamental brand problems -Recent austerity measures due to IPG acquisition + internal politics = VERY slow to promote people -Once you reach a certain level, your growth maxes out unless you are buddies with the CEO and able to get into a global leadership position -Mandated 3 days/week in-office for ALL employees regardless of role, situation, or location
