      Pay is decent & don't know if there will be raises in the future

      Inconvénients

      I don't like that Inter-con take hours away from full time employees but yet have new hires & still don't give them full time hours

      Avantages

      Only pro is being salaried

      Inconvénients

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
