      Not a lot of micromanagement and bureaucracy.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of useless work just for take your time. Middle management that tend to humiliate engineers. Lots of project that newer got finished. Management repeatedly makes problems on a clear spot.

      Great people to work with - very down to earth Work on highly varied things - doesnt get boring Learn new technologies

      Inconvénients

      Occasional on-site travel Benefits are so-so Have to really excel to get a good raise (maybe not a con)
