      Avantages

      You get to work along side of, and get mentored, by some of the smartest people in the industry. There are a lot of projects that you can contract for, with a variety of stacks, This was incredibly useful to get a wide array of knowledge and skills in full stack development. Great team and community with lots of team building events.

      Inconvénients

      They are a contracting company, so sometimes you can get moved to new projects with little heads up.

This hands-on experience was invaluable and accelerated my growth as a software engineer. Work-Life Balance: IntelliTect prioritizes work-life balance, which is often overlooked in the tech industry. I appreciated the flexibility and the emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life equilibrium.

      It's genuinely challenging to come up with any significant cons for my internship experience.
