      Nothing worth mentioning. This place is genuinely awful.

      Inconvénients

      Intellectt is a deeply frustrating place that is hard to recommend to anyone. Most leaders act as controlling micromanagers who constantly hover over every minor mistake. There is always some unnecessary remark about everything you do, even when the input adds no value and only disrupts your work. The constant interference and lack of trust make the experience exhausting. Avoid intellectt.

      I thought things will be great since I was hired.

      Inconvénients

      Preferential treatment and discrimination were strong in this company. If you don't have everything management's looking for, they'll throw you in the background, blatantly ignored! I wondered why they even hired me if they didn't see me a perfect fit!
