Overall take the time to make sure clients receive the right candidates and not just pushing paper across an email from a 2 minute conversation. Will take your recruiting/sales skills to a new level.

Its recruiting. You will never have a "relaxed" week. Always reqs to fill. Intellect does their best to make sure you don't over work yourself and periodically gives breaks to head home and recharge the batteries

*Can be a good opportunity to learn from an owner who is very smart, but who can also be very inconsistent and moody. * Definitely an opportunity to advance, especially with the turnover.

* Extremely high turnover in management, sales team, and recruiters - much higher than other agencies. * Environment where company focus and goals can change on a dime, based on owner mood. * Different "niche" recruiting ideas, peoples roles in the company, KPI's, even company location changed regularly. * Owner at his best can be an excellent teacher. At his worst, very negative and a real challenge to work for.
