      1. Good for technical Support for freshers 2. Good learning about Financial Markets and managing their live servers 3. Live Financial System Auditing

      1. Bad work atmosphere 2. Group-ism and partiality 3. Poor Salary 4. Poor work culture 5.They hire you as a programmer and make you do Technical Support jobs , Hence there wont be any exposure to programming which is very important at the early stages of your career provided if you want to pursue a career in programming and Development
