      1)You will get salary on time 2) Compliance manager is good and helpful. 3) you will get good salary hikes if you build some dependencies.

      Inconvénients

      1)You will feel like you are working at someone's (HR) home. 2) worst hr policies.. naah politics... 3) They will abuse you on your last day. They abused one of my senior on last day.

      1. Bad work atmosphere 2. Group-ism and partiality 3. Poor Salary 4. Poor work culture 5.They hire you as a programmer and make you do Technical Support jobs , Hence there wont be any exposure to programming which is very important at the early stages of your career provided if you want to pursue a career in programming and Development
