      Avantages

      Job is challenging and fun and someone can come in and learn from highly accomplished and experienced brokers how to run freight in the best work environment EVER. Company is run by great people and 99% of employees are happy

      Inconvénients

      Have to take work home as freight business runs around the clock - need high level of focus and engagement to be successful.

      Avantages

      The lights were on, horrible energy though.

      Inconvénients

      The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
