      Avantages

      - Frequent International Visits - best place for those who love to keep themselves busy in travelling - Site allowances are very lucrative - Work-processes are very well-designed

      Inconvénients

      Once an employee resigns, they give him a tough time releasing his experience certificate, forgetting all those years he spent there working his butt off. They'll subject him to some kind of "contractual violation" and will hold his experience letter and will stop responding to his phone-calls/e-mails, completely cutting-off ties with him.

      Avantages

      The working culture is among the best in the industry. They are absolutely a team-oriented workforce that are passionate about their industry. Unfortunately, company closed its doors in Houston, due to COVID-19.

      Inconvénients

      Being a small (less than $100M) company and being family owned, they have been well-funded in years past. However their funding was not enough to sustain the economic impact of COVID-19.

      1. Good Starting 2. Less political enviornment 3. Plenty of Options if pursue correctly

      1. Confusion on top level 2. No clear directions or appeared as like this 3. Limited scope of work only related to Oil and Gas
