Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The hours are fair 8-5 or 6 if needed. Their really are some excellent people working there but they have no real guidance from management whatsoever. The team members will to learn and want to make the processes much more efficient was my motivator but as a manager.
Inconvénients
Very Unorganized, No Training, No SOP, Lack of Clarification on anything, There is no CPE nor is it required which I find amazing for a financial institution, employees are stressed out and their pay rates are below industry norms. Still using Excel 2003, 99% of employees use 13.5 to 15.5 inch monitors. Management does not listen about making effective and efficient productive changes to the processes.
